The New Logo For Topps

Trader Crack broke the story yesterday. This was found on Topps' Twitter page, with the caption "New card image from Topps Series 2"

what compelled them to change the logo mid-series? I would have waited until 2011.
bluh. doesn't really look that good.
I think it looks sick, as if it lost too much weight.
