Word came out that Topps would give a sneak preview of what the 2011 Topps Baseball cards are going to look like. So feast your eyes on what Topps will be giving us on their Diamond (that's 60th) Anniversary!!!
I'm going to stare at it in awe for a while. When I recover from my euphoria over the design, I'll let you know what I think of it.
Sincerely,
JayBee Anama
Nice! I always appreciate when they work the official team insignia or logo into the design. Looks clean, full bleed is great, and let's hope there are plenty of action shots. Now as long as the backs are equally impressive. . . .
ReplyDeleteI saw this a couple hours ago and thought of your site. As some one who has been a Topps pack opener since 1972....I like these cards, good simple and clean design.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to more examples and hopefully the White Sox cards will be awesome!!
Reminds me of 1996...but I'm ready for some new packs!!!:)
It looks like a mid-1990s Stadium Club design...almost.
ReplyDeleteWow I love it! Classy. I hated the 2010 design...it felt like the photo was being cramped to me. I actually think I might buy some of the '11 set...or all. Last time I bought any cards, would be 1986.
ReplyDeleteI like it. Nice, simple design. Love the look of clean and simple base cards.
