To all who left comments on my previous post:
Thank you for the concern. The post I left last night was more of a rambling based on what I've seen in the blogosphere lately than the state of my well being, whether it be the Hobby or the blogging. Although there may be a hint of a writer's block, trust me, it's not because I don't know what to write about. It's just that I haven't seen anything lately that would get me going again compared to earlier in the year when 2010 Topps Series 1 came out. Obviously, that should change when series II arrives on shelves nationwide.
I do have things to write about regarding the cards I have in my collection. In fact, that's where the Random Card of the Day comes to play. But because I noticed that I've only had those going lately that I wanted to post that 1:00 am commentary.
I do have more in store for the blog, and because May 8 is coming up (bonus points for those who know what that day is...it means that you've been following along all this time...), I plan on bringing back some of the more popular features that I had when I first started. The all-star team game simulations are going to end sooner or later, so I need to have material prepared when I'm finally finished reliving my childhood.
Sincerely,
JayBee Anama

I love comments. Please leave comments!!! (Ego, hush). Just keep your words clean (I show my kids this stuff), and the comment will be accepted.
If you must leave a comment anonymously, that's fine too. Although I wish you wouldn't. I'd like to get to know the people who actually read this humble little blog.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
JayBee Anama
How about a "Meaningful Topps Card of the Day" replacing about half of the random cards? You could talk about what cards hold the most meaning to you (and why)? Independent of any value of course, since that is not only deadly boring, but also terribly boring.
ReplyDeleteSorry I keep posting anon, I am too lazy to click the other buttons and remember my ID or whatever, the word verification of 'prever' will suffice.
