Unique picture as it's taken during batting practice instead of at the game. Gotta love those brown 70's Padres jerseys. I wonder what Ivie's shouting to the photographer? Anyway, the back of the card features a large blurb about Ivie (best game was the second game of a double header against the Giants on 06/23/1976. Many of the players' cards could be used for a game called "Play Ball." Each card featured a play (single, home run, strikeout, etc), and depending on the card, you could in fact, play a game. Drawing Ivie's card would have resulted in a fly out.
